Shipping Policy

Aquora delivers genuine, engineered pool, spa, pond and fountain equipment across the UAE and the wider GCC. Here's what to expect.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver throughout the United Arab Emirates and to the GCC (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman). If you're unsure whether we can reach your location, contact us before ordering.

2. Delivery charges

Delivery within the UAE is free on orders over AED 500. For orders below that threshold, a flat AED 30 delivery charge applies, shown at checkout. Charges for heavy, oversized or GCC deliveries may vary and will be confirmed at checkout or by our team.

3. Delivery times

Most in-stock orders are delivered within 2–4 working days across the UAE. Larger items, special orders and GCC deliveries may take longer. We'll keep you updated and contact you if anything affects your delivery date.

4. Processing & dispatch

Orders are processed on working days (Sunday–Thursday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day. You'll receive an order confirmation by email, and a further note when your order is dispatched.

5. Large & heavy equipment

Some equipment — such as spas, large filters and pumps — is bulky and may be delivered by a specialist service with its own scheduling. Our team will coordinate timing with you for these items.

6. Receiving your order

Please check your delivery on arrival and let us know promptly if anything is missing or damaged so we can resolve it quickly. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. GCC & customs

For deliveries outside the UAE, any import duties or taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless we state otherwise in writing.
