These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Aquora website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. Aquora is a pool, spa, pond and fountain equipment retailer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Aquora", "we", "us").

1. Products & descriptions

We take care to describe and picture our products accurately, including specifications, dimensions and performance figures. Minor variations in colour, finish or packaging may occur, and technical specifications may be updated by manufacturers without notice. Where a specification is critical to your project, please confirm it with us before ordering.

2. Prices

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. Where applicable, value added tax (VAT) is shown at checkout in accordance with UAE law.

3. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where there is a pricing or description error, or where we are unable to deliver to your location — and we will refund any amount already paid.

4. Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment processor. We do not store full card details. Orders are processed once payment is authorised.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms, timescales and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns & warranties

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy. Manufacturer warranties apply to many products; we will help you make a valid warranty claim where one applies.

7. Use of equipment

Pool, spa and water-treatment equipment must be installed, operated and maintained in line with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable safety regulations. We strongly recommend professional installation for pumps, heaters, electrical and chemical-dosing equipment. We are not responsible for damage or injury arising from incorrect installation or use.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for the relevant products. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics and the Aquora name and logo — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
